Not taken anything personal, I enjoy the debates, pal.

I remember you and Madmark bigging Price up too. Tyson would do him over. Be a good watch though.

Hard to say owt on Joshua, such is his lack of experience, but he looks the part and I hope he goes on to deliver. Wilder hasn't fought anybody really. Different weight, but reminds me of Jeff Lacy and the hype around him until he came over here and was schooled to death. Best live event I've been to. Although I wish I'd gone to see Froch put Groves down recently.

To be fair to Deontay Wilder mate, he's a different beast to Jeff Lacy just because he's gone 34 KOs from 34 fights, and they've all come within five rounds. He's still hyped up mind, and can't take a punch, but so far nobody has been able to land more than one. That will change when he fights Stiverne, but I think he'd land all night long against Fury with that looping right.

Still think Price can make it in to a contender. He's on the right track being taken over to Germany and kept out of the spotlight for half a dozen fights. Frank Maloney got that one all wrong and even admitted as much when he retired. The fact Price was fighting Tony Thompson in his 13th fight (please check) was just ridiculous and career suicide waiting to happen with hindsight.

Rumours that Thompson might be the late replacement, which if the case, let's not compare the two fights but will be interesting to see how Fury does. 10th round knock out for Fury if so.

You've pretty much summed up what I think about Fury.

And whilst he obviously does a lot of things for spotlight, the mocking of Parkinson's went way too far.

I think the big problem is all the casual fans who don't understand the sport well jump on the Chisora & Haye pull outs calling them ducks not realising that there are regular changes to bills up and down the country & there's barely an announced Saturday fight night that is the same come fight night. It's hard graft not getting injured with the sort of camps these guys put there bodies through.

Yep, Thompson is rumoured aye. And Cannon Briggs. That would be fun.

Just glad Tyson is still getting a workout.

Cannon isn't fighting. Pulled back his boasting today and started talking about beating up some opponent in three weeks.

Tarver and Audrey are the other two linked.

    Agree on Joshua.

It's always dodgy rating heavyweights before they've took a shot.

Price looked awesome coming through but there were always worries due to the amount he got stopped in the amateurs.

He's a strange one cos one cuffing shot put him away first time against Thompson & then in the second he took some cracking shots & was stopped on accumulation. Weird.

    Just announced Alexander Ustinov.

Decent enough heavyweight with only one defeat from 30+ fights - and that was in 2012 against Pulev, who is fighting Klitschko in October.

Might be tempted to keep my tickets ......

Decent fight that. Interestingly Ustinov's been sparring Chisora in the build up

Probably why he feels ready to give it a go.

This is a far better replacement than they could have hoped for. Wonder how much money that had to throw at him?

I hope Ustinov is in some kind of shape as his defeat to Pulev was a final elimator, so this should be a decent scrap for six rounds or so (maybe more).

I can't argue with any of this although in the past few years he has had some company in the top ten of ***** list.

And by all accounts that was how Chisora damaged his hand.

    http://www.boxingscene.com/tyson-fury-alexander-ustinov-looms-saturday-night--80210

Chambers is trained by Peter Fury (Tyson's Uncle) and tweeted about five minutes before this story went live that he was stepping up on Saturday. He already has his own fight and they wouldn't fight each other unless a World Title was at stake.

Chambers has moved to Manchester and everything for his last run at a title shot.

Ustinov is one dangerous ******* fight to take at short notice.

Could be the making/breaking of Fury this.

    Excited now again for Saturday.

Ustinov's definitely not better than Chisora. Incredibly padded record & got dominated by Pulev. Ustinov's just about a top 20 heavy, Chisora's between 5 & 10.

Regardless of that it's a fantastic fight at 4/5 days notice. Getting anyone in the top 30 at this short notice is a success
