I think our Jock's in danger of growing up into just the type of person we've been dicussing today. The type who thinks he's the only one with Muslim mates, who starts bleating "racist" at the slightest hint of criticism towards a Muslim individual no matter how well deserved it is. The type who only makes the situation worse.

The history of suicide bombings shows that it's not just a Muslim occurance. The Japanese used them in WWII when they crashed planes into US battleships. During the Crusades the Knights Templar blew up one of their own ships, killing over a hundred Christians in order to kill many more Muslims. During the Vietnam was Vietnemese blew up themselves with suicide bombs. More recently the Tamil Tigers used the method in their war with the Indian Government.

Its only recently that the Palestinians have used it to much alarm. But then Im sure had they had the F-16's and tanks the Israeli government had they wouldnt have bothered.

Oddly enough the Koran forbid's the act of suicide for Muslims -

ALL (as in every last one of the feckers) were muslims which is NOT proportional at all in any way shape or form.

Religion is just an excuse used by pondlife who have nothing else to justify their inhumanity.

People do a lot of harm in the name of religion but it's also a hugely powerful force for good.
