Morris was an all round better player than Dike, there's no disputing that. I think it's harsh to call him average though. He got 9 goals in 21 games in the Championship for us. I bet few other strikers have a better record than that for us over the years. Including Morris, who actually got 7 in 25 that season, and 7 in 28 the following season. It's difficult to compare the two though as Dike has struggled with injury pretty much ever since.
