£15 is a lot of money to some people particularly when you are on the breadline , it isn’t to me and you never know what might happen in a season .We've averaged 1200 so far in away support and we are bottom so a modicum of success and it might have been worth it
Thanks for sharing the feed back of what’s been said. Hopefully they get it right. Personally I have no faith in them at all but it’s all down to opinions and I hope I’m wrong
Careful what you wish for mate. The ******** you spout will look a lot more like ******** if the rest of us aren’t allowed to spout ********.
So to sum up: They've made some mistakes, but most of it wan't their fault, and they'll try to be betterer. I look forward to exactly the same interview in six months time after an intervening period of total silence. Just like this time.
So so easy to say mistakes have been made... We will learn from them...... Didn't we hear the same load of bol***ks last time we got relegated under them... The... we will learn from our mistakes re build and come back stronger.... Hello... Come on lads and lasses they are trying to pull the wool over our eyes... And yet so many fall for it... Wake up and smell the bs.... Surprise surprise attempts at damage limitation... I bet Next years St sales must be just around the corner... Just my opinion... Once again only my opinion but the sooner these cowboys are driven out of town the better for all concerned
And are we to take it this came as a surprise to them? How much thought and preparation went into this season? No wonder they thought we could survive without a defence! It gets worse.
He didn't like the the suggestion that they had 'misjudged' the strength of the Championship but admitted mistakes had been made. Anyone with half a brain knew that selling a 6ft+ centre forward and replacing him with a 19year old weakling from Austria wasn't going to be ideal...
I asked if loyal fans could be rewarded with a reduction in ticket prices if we were relegated. He said it had been discussed and details of the new offer would be out at the end of March.
I can remember a few weeks ago i questioned the recruitment policy on here and a poster who i have respect for ...informed me that it was (not exactly the words) a highly complex, analytical research tool used to resource our players. I think this proves its how you use the data....that is important. We clearly have not used the stats wisely (and as many have accused them of) gathering a set of players to sell ....rather than trying to produce a team, capable of being competitive at this level. I am so pleased that this has been quoted,....that they have been suprised/caught out by the physicality of around half the teams in the league and yet most fans could have given them the information about the opposition in the championship.....im staggered and angered in equal measures.
Cracking lad is hemmsy, always liked him, all lot of folk disagreed with him but you couldn’t deny his love for the club, I’ve always stuck up for him on social media and I told him so on Twitter....he blocked me
I can’t help wonder if it’s more they got carried away in their belief/success. As an analogy I use the example of buying cars: Paul goes to an auction cos he’s heard you can make lots of money, buys a car for £200, washes it gives it a service and flogs it for £1k and thinks wow easy money. Then goes back gets carried away buys all sorts and ends up buying cars he shouldn’t have on the basis of they were cheap as opposed to what he can flip. Of course ultimately it’s about making money.
