    That his formations and tactics depend on what he's got at his disposal, so he'll assess the squad and see what he thinks will work best.

    In the Chron he talks about...

    playing players in their proper positions to get the best out of them.</p>

    He also says we need to move the ball quicker, get it wide and get decent crosses in for the strikers to feed on.</p>
