0 1 Stevie G's villa up against it!
A bit early there Helen with Leicester's conceding record.
1 a piece now, this could be a good match.
Apparently, they have set a record for 15 consecutive away games where they have scored, and then conceded (if I heard correctly).
BTW. I love the gesture at the games this weekend on 6 minutes. I applauded for a minute yesterday at the BFC game, even though I was alone on my sofa in San Francisco in front of iFollow.
After 2 years of isolation I talk to my visiting hummingbirds these days, so nothing surprise me anymore.
Villa robbed there. Should be 2-1 up.
Not according to VAR and the ref.
A goalkeeper is considered to be in control of the ball with the hand(s) when: the ball is between the hands or between the hand and any surface (e.g. ground, own body) or by touching it with any part of the hands or arms except if the ball rebounds from the goalkeeper or the goalkeeper has made a save.
To think we were a mere fax away from pairing Barnes and McBurnie up......
That's a crazy rule, never heard that. A goalkeeper isn't in control of the ball with one hand on top of it when the ball is on the ground, especially on a wet surface. A player could easily displace the ball by kicking underneath the hand, and in my view has a right to do that. The only time it should be considered the goalkeeper's ball when hands are above the ball is when both hands are on it and gripping the ball firmly (in my view).
Might be crazy but themselves zero rules!
