He's already said he didn't get the plate number and I wouldn't expect him to. I am glad he's well and hopefully when it gets reported the guy who caused the crash will be found.

Glad you're ok mate. Brought back memories of my return from Cardiff after beating Swansea when some toss pot in a mini van almost drove me off the road. Adrenalin, as they say, is brown!

Crystal has had to finish kitting her out for school

so bit more than 50p for shoes, bag and new glasses(rest of uniform and necessary equipment bought last week). Because she has to have reactions (tinted lens) that bit has cost but thankfully the frames and prescription part of lens is free.

Adrenaline is as you say BROWN!

Seriously I think I'm fine, will see how I feel tomorrow/later once the adrenaline has finally subsided.

That's bad news that, mate - there's some reyt proper w**kers issued licenses these days. The fact it was a 4 x 4 doesn't come as a great surprise, neither!

Anyway, providing you're all right - that's the main thing, I suppose...

 

Sorted things out with the insurance .

As I didn't let the git run into me ( and probably wipe me out ) , it has to go down as an 'at fault claim' . Due to the fact that he didn't stop , they are saying that I could be making the entire story up . I'm now feeling VERY frustrated .
However , they are going to pay for the damage and are supplying me with a courtesy car later on today , so it's not all bad news .
