And so they should Derek. None of what I'm writing has anything to do with performances.

We might have had a few Twitter posts back and forth debating things in the last 48 hours, but that's a top, top class post mate.

Can't believe I've heard equidistant twice in one day (don't tell me you stole it from Talksport????)

Great post mate. Even though I've been darn sarf for the best part of 25 years my heart, as my signature says, is and always will be at Oakwell . I get asked many times who I support and I tell them Barnsley which sometimes provokes a 'but which team in the Premiership ' and puzzled looks when I say I don't, it's Barnsley.
    I'm not a customer I'm a fan
I'm not part of a business model, I'm a fan
I'll still be supporting Barnsley when the suits take their leave because I'm a fan
Time for the fans to fight back

nail right on the head..in fact many many nails. Totally behind that article

I feel that too, I know I am many miles away now and work/life restricts me.... but I too love my club, my roots...my people. But is not almost all of football being pushed down **** creek without a paddle. Not many clubs in the English top 4 tiers are being run on any level of pride, integrity or honesty. I am hurt to the bone by all of this.

First part of the article o.k. -- we all have opinions on whether sacking Wilson was a good/bad/unfair decision. And we would all acknowledge that ultimately Patrick Cryne was responsible for the sacking.
