I don't expect us to win every game Very few fans actually do. However, I DO expect us to TRY to win every match, give 100% commitment for the cause and be encouraged to play football pleasing to the eye. I felt that's what we got in the majority of games before Christmas. Unfortunately, in my opinion, I don't believe we've seen it often enough in 2012. Which is why I'm feeling a bit of a Victor Meldrew tonight.
Re: Red wine coming down my nose as I laugh!! I blame 'sick' artists who draw pictures of jamie bulger Well a child and a train track anyway so obviously it had to be him, couldn't possibly be any of the other few billion kids in the world.
Re: Red wine coming down my nose as I laugh!! Why don't you get rid of it and save yourself a bit of money? You don't need a licence for the little un to watch DVD's/
Bottom 3 have to go from averaging less than a point per game so far to getting nearly 1.5 points per game to overtake us. Don't think it'll happen - gutted that it's come to thinking like that but - and it's been said many times - we've had to basically reconstruct the entire midfield of the team and replace our top scorer and most creative player - both of whom have been so only under Hill and Flitcroft. The games remaining will imho be used to look at players like Nouble and Tonge for next season and also to gauge the ability of the youngsters to handle more first team football next season. It's difficult when we're in a bad run to look beyond the latest losses, but the work done now will stand us as a club in far better stead come August than we have been for a while. But, like, whatever.
We bought the DVD of Mrs Brown's Boys But haven't got round to watching it yet. I'm too busy studying(!) <img src ="http://insidepulse.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/pinocchio1.gif">
Re: Red wine coming down my nose as I laugh!! I could do that, but what about when there is a new series of Mrs Browns Boys? We have been talking about that anyway mate.
Re: We bought the DVD of Mrs Brown's Boys Watch it matey, its the funniest thing I have seen in years
Re: Thank you for that, mate Well it's setdi neet - you've got to be cheery on a Saturday, even as a tarn fan. I've spoken before to Dave Flitcroft and get the impression that there is a plan in place - a plan that has had to be adjusted/adapted to events, and one that in the short term and on occasion may provide frustration to fans, but if we want to address the core issues and build a solid squad to get us through longer than the next 10 minutes we might have some ups and downs - not excusing any lack of effort etc but football's a piece of piss sat in the stands or typing on here - when you don't have any external factors knackering your plans up. Now get that vino sorted.
are you the grim reaper, just wondering cos your posts are all gloom and doom. thank god we're not portsmouth or such like, the samaritans would be on overdrive.
