Bobby is a top player too Phil and he has given us ten years so I would want him to come out on top no matter what.

Some people have insisted in the past that Hassell was "quick" I never saw it myself, his game is hardly built around speed is it? Dunno, I reckon because in my opinion Hassells attributes were NEVER his pace then the likelyhood is that his career can be prolonged. Position, decisions, good in the air, passing, that was what Hassell was always good at, maybe its been so long since he played my mind has gone blank, but I never , ever thought 'wow that Bobby Hassell, he's fast'. Now Wiseman, there's some pace for you, consistency, positioning, passing, heading, decisions are all to cr*p, but I can't think of anyone quicker running with the ball at the club today.

Although I'm a big admirer of the Ginger Prince, for anyone with Barnsley Player watch the pre season against Frickley,it was quite worrying to see how he was ripped to shreds there, although I accept it sometimes happens to the best of players..and no one is to know if he was fully fit..but it didn't look promising.

I witnessed him running to open the gate when Flitcroft left Oakwell, I can assure you he has lost none of his former pace.

If Danny picks Perkins alongside one of the other toilers it will be a very sad day.

I'm so glad your opinion counts for nought when you come out with ***** like that.
