Nah, not for us. Good luck to him and all that, hope he sorts his career out but he's not worth disturbing the team spirit as it is at the moment. It wouldn't be right for him either, not exactly the most popular when he left. He'll be on for a lower Championship club for a month, then if Norwich stay up I can see them moving him on in the summer.
He wouldn't get in our starting eleven anyway. He had a good half season, thats it. The way most folk talk about him on here you would think he's best thing since wholemeal bread!
According to Soccerbase (see I can do research on different sites ) 1 Substiute appearance in FA Cup for Norwich 2 Starts in League Cup for Norwich 4 Starts and 4 Substitute appearances for Bolton in the Championship. 0 appearances in the Promised Land of the Premiership I don't know how many minutes each appearance consisted of and I couldn't give a flying one either At least he's not worn out
He's the best midfielder we've had for ten years and the best laiker I've seen us produce in nearly twenty years of watching us.
Completely different player. We've always produced decent defenders. When was the last time we produced someone with a bit of class, two footed, could pass and score?
Got to agree, what a idiot for trying his hand in the premiership against some of the best players in the world, Ok it may not have worked out for him but can you really begrudge having a crack at it dreamy?
can't blame him one bit. but it won't stop the next player making the same mistake. everybody around him told him it was the wrong move. apart from his agent. would i have him back tomorrow? in a heartbeat. i'm not interested in history or grudges. he would add to the squad, and that's good enough for me.
