Jail to be an option for people who 'phone or text whilst driving

    Isnt it only if you cause an accident?

    And then I suspect its only going to be if someone gets injured.</p>

    The chances of you getting jailed for sending a text or making a call while sat in traffic I would say are nil.</p>
