    Joe Hugill has played 4 professional games, in the Football League Trophy. You can't honestly believe he's a better option than a proven league 1 goalscorer?

    A proven lower league goal scorer who’s done it for more than one club. I hope we sign a bit of a big boppa to play along side him to cause teams multiple problems at the same time.

    As we’ve proven time and again it’s pointless taking young lads for their first real mans football. It rarely works short term even if they players go on to have decent careers (Wood, Walters, J Rod etc)

    I'd be happy with this to be honest - hope he's got a hairy arse though.

    Had to unblock Hemsy to make sense of the thread fully though. Just seen that he wants us to sign Delap from Man City. The one who's been linked with Southampton. Incredible.

    Yes from me capable of shithousery and got louds of experience at this level type of player we have lacked around the squad, watched a doco on Duff and it mentioned him bringing in a experienced striker in cant remember who but he had a big impact on the group maybe that's what he sees in Norwood

    Who else is there that you would realistically think that we ought to go for?
