To be fair he a young kid we have all been young and daft before. I hope he's found safe and well but like I said tenerife is a dodgy place in parts. Especially if you go looking for it.
Nobody has sympathy with him as he’s a scumbag, hence the sarcasm. Hope he’s found safe and well but sympathy is hard to come by when people are dying all over the world at the moment for being innocent. I’m not sure if he’s been caught up into something dark or something accidental has happened but doesn’t look great. Hope the fella returns so the family he laughed at in court can laugh at him for being a plonker. ******.
I think there’s 3 possibilities. 1st one is the official story is true & it’s a completely innocent situation where he’s gone for a walk & got lost. 2nd is it’s drug related & he’s upset someone. 3rd is it’s some sort of scam & he’s hid away somewhere on the island whilst they collect the money been raised. If I’m honest I think the official story is the least likely. Having been to Masca, it’s not somewhere anyone goes who’s going to rave’s in Las Americas. The only people that go to Masca are hikers & people who are just having a drive round the island looking at the views like we were. It just doesn’t add up. The idea that there was some kind of after party there is hard to believe. I think what makes it more suspicious is the behaviour of his friend Lucy. Her story doesn’t add up, she’s lied repeatedly, loads of people are claiming she’s a drug dealer, she also seems to be able to afford trips to Tenerife every other month despite not having a job & to top it off an Irish man went missing in November in Tenerife for 4 days whilst she was on the island. I hope it is some sort of scam as that’s the best result all round with the lad getting home safe. Either way it’s going to make for one hell of a TV series in the future.
He’s not just some young daft kid tbf. He’s a known drug dealer and nasty piece of work. I don’t think there’s any uncertainty on that. Obviously I don’t wish him dead. I was just saying sympathy for him will be limited, if it’s drug or gang related.
40 odd dead Palestinians on a Israeli mortar attack received less news than this. Mind you since the Israeli incursion into the south of Gaza that news was relegated down the media list. Notice Keir has had an easy ride on it too.
That Facebook group is insane. Literally thousands of the thickest people in Britain who think they're Poirot.
Gaza gets very limited coverage on our Israeli biased news platforms' tune in to aljazeera and get the true picture' its absolutely sickening and all supported by our lovely politicians.
Probably the worst of people on Facebook, which is already pretty bad. Can't say I've followed the story other than some kid had gone missing. Like most things these days critical thinking isn't taught, so people just can't do it.
The worst people on Facebook - that's a pretty impressive accolade. Somewhat disturbing that they're allowed to vote in two weeks time!
He's 19 I didn't know he had convictions for been a drug dealer? I've seen the thing where he was with a group who attacked a lad with a machete a few years back but I don't know the ins and outs. Some saying he was just there.
The only thing i find puzzling is that his Mum recieved some message saying, say goodbye to your son, he owes me a lot of money, then the next thing shes in Tenerife, within hours, an now Dad an Brother are there, a lot just dunt add up, if its drugs related then he deserves all he gets, if its a prank gone wrong i hope hes okay an let the powers that be sort him out. Whatever the outcome i hope its a good one.
To be fair, if I received that message then I'd be on the first plane out there. I wouldn't just think "oh well, that's Jay gone". Whatever the kids faults, he's someone's Son.
Most of them commenting seem to be young mums who have presumably spent their maternity leave watching true crime documentaries. On the plus side I doubt they’ll vote. Opinions on everything on Facebook but don’t exercise the right to vote
And you would be helping to find your son like his mother said before she flew out. But on getting there she changed her mind in case she was the one who found him, so now she's no reason to be there.
The lad was 16 when he and 7 others attacked a lad with machetes clubs and a axe leaving his skull exposed. Not one received a jail sentence. Just shows how soft we are in this country.
