    I always liked Jim too. At the back end of one of the seasons we started putting him in central midfield and he was the only one receiving the ball on the half turn and looking to do something positive with it. He always gave everything he had and left everything on the pitch. We need depth whatever division we're in and if we got him i'd be happy.

    Ye he'd be a good squad player.

    Bare in mind Hammill will probably leave if we stay in league one, good chance of Hourihane going & Isgrove & Chapman's loans will end.

    Done well at this level for Coventry & S****horpe.

    Both clubs best spells of the season came whilst he was there

    I don't know what his wage demands would be but given that he tried moving to Coventry & ended up wanting to be nearer Barnsley & his Mrs' family I imagine he's realised somethings are more important than money.

    A lot of younger players have bigger demands anyway, especially ones been moved on from Prem Clubs

    Agreed........when I saw Coventry on the tele he was their best player

    7only team round here he would fit into is the aquaforce team, cant you see he's done at this level?????????????????????

    Are your basing it on appearances for us in the Championship or your limited views on him for Cov and Scunny?

    i liked jo'b and was a bit disapointed to see him turn us down. but its not our problem now is it that coventry have given him the boot :p
