    When compared to Philip Green, Jimmy Carr is small potatoes. He 'avoided' over £200m by paying his dividend to his wife who lives in Monte Carlo.

    Cameron and his cronies are complicit by not closing these loop holes, just as Blair and Brown were. In it together ? Aye reight !

    Completely agree the vast majority of tory donors manage to avoid paying tax at the levels they should - its all legal if immoral but no one singles out people. The prime minister shouldnt be naming names on what is essentially a provate matter - thats for journalists to do if anyone. remind me how many billions did the tax man agree to forget about with Vodafone last year...

    and lets be honest how many of us if we knew we could legally avoid paying tax because someone didnt draft the tax laws properly would turn it down on moral grounds -

    Absolutely - in any other walk of life the attitude shown by HMRC to small co. v large ones would be classed as bullying..
