The key is to come to terms with the fact that Labour are not the Centre Left alternative to the Tories they once were. They decided to give up that role some time ago and now, bizarrely, seem to have decided they can outflank Reform on a number of issues. They will fail at that too. This is the last Labour Administration that many of us will see in our lifetime.

 

The key to all this is that the only people who could care less about the success of a particular political party are either living in the past or in the parties themselves. The rest of us just want our politicians, any politicians, to just do their jobs correctly as that’s what we pay them for. Act in the best interest of the country and work hard and smart. That’s it.
