If Mostto plays another game for us

    I'll be astonished.

    So would I, mate

Which is why I think another striker will be signed before the transfer window closes.

Another name to add to the list:

    Jay Bothroyd.

    Yep, told he can leave

not involved in Wolves pre season, talking to several Championship clubs apparently. Fee of around £300k being muted.

Cant say he would raise the bar much at all

His record is sketchy at best.

    Mulling over a 300k move to l**ds

    I wonder

Whether any of the players we've mentioned will seriously interest Simon Davey? I'd like to think they're all realistic targets for a club aiming for at least a mid-table finish.

    Ferenczi replacement?

probably a bit quicker but a similar goals return.

YP reckons he's on 8k a week and a fee suspected to rise to 300k. Deal far from done.

    My take on it

is that the wage bill will need trimming if we are to keep within the contraints set out by the 'board'. The sums for Phillips wouldve probably included a box office effect, and/or maybe a calculated gamble that money will be got for Howard or Muller at some point.
Since that hasnt happened, a.n.other signing will either need to have the same box office effect or be financed by someone leaving.

    RE: Ferenczi replacement?

I dont see the point in adding to our strikers unless it is someone the club feel they can't miss out on (e.g phillips) i dont think Bothroyd fits that description.

    He's either class or invisible

Had a great game at their place on New Years Day and ran the show. On his day as good as anyone in that league but has too many off days for me.

I think he was with AC Milan for a spell, not sure if he played though.
