That's why I said "Academy" player. We've produced loads of young lads that have gone on to play top-flight football from Tommy Taylor to David Hirst and all the lads who won promotion to the Premier League - all much better than Stones. However, since the Academy format was introduced I'd still say he's the best we have produced including Butterfield. Plus he had the right attitude and wasn't up his own arse like the latter.
