    Surprised league one sides feel they can turn down a born winner, with loads of connections at the highest level, who could no doubt pull a few strings with regards to loan signings that other league one sides could never get. Players would have extra motivation playing for a boss who achieved a career for club and country that few have.

    I don't read this as Terry bemoaning not getting the job. Sounds like he's highlighting the unrealistic expectations of chairmen.
