    the Northern Ireland veterans being taken to court - who is bringing charges against them?

    heard of the 'Statue of Limitation' (know little about it) but should that apply with reference to the veterans?

    This is the same Jonny Mercer who was tweeting about what a tough old week he'd had in politics while voting down proposals to feed children during school holidays in the middle of a pandemic - he's obviously extremely hard done by and we should all feel sorry for the bloke.

    There is no statute of limitations in UK law for criminal charges - only civil cases. If you are accused of a crime, even if it was 30, 50 or 70 years ago, you can still face punishment for it.
