Play him up front and not on wing with another striker at side of him

 

To be fair though he hasn't been great this season even without considering the role he has played. Caught offiside too much, missed the target most occasions and has looked a yard shy on pace. Does that mean I don't rate him? I think he is the best striker we have and should build the team around his strengths. Play him in his best position and give him support. That's what we should do. I then would expect him to score goals. We simply aren't creating enough chances. I would like to se him with Toney though as at least he has a foil and someone who can make space rather than work off a target man.

 

Started every game except Swindon away last season (which we lost), plus the consecutive defeats post Bradford JPT win (his last game before injury) until the York JPT win (his first start back).

 

How many have we lost with him starting? How many have we lost without him starting?

 

We'll have lost more WITH him, stands to reason considering he's only missed about 6 games. But we've not won without him since he joined, which I don't think's a coincidence.

 

Donny Tyke will be checking that one out no doubt ;-)

 

But as you state he's not missed many. I know what you're trying to say but I now question what value I give it as a stat. I'm in a proper quandary mate.

 

I've got Hemsworth Tyke badgering me on twitter. Telling me how many games Hugo Colace has played, telling me we've never won a trophy before, blaming Wilson for that and saying we better not start Winnall because he's crap.

This forum would explode if he returned. Dr Z, thereev, Nightmare, Donny etc, they're feeble compared to HT.

thereev is just a tedious oaf with an inferiority complex about Ben Mansford and Zazlos for some reason has regressed into a petulant 5 year old.

Agree with the former (re forum better place). Don't read enough ok the latter because let's be frank, most users on here love the attention and crap they spout and love that power trip. It's why users on other forums don't like here and primarily why people I know read but don't comment

I wish Hemsworth would come back, I miss his outbursts and being told little gems like Frimpong is the best player we've ever had.

Winnall needs to widen his eyes too. Look wise, like he knows more than who's marking him.

Puff his chest out to look more proud and confident.

Once he's mastered these new technique he must only be played in night games to begin with.

At first we can tether a dead mouse to the ball,for when crosses come in. Helps him focus.

Dr Zazlos seemed to start copying thereev, it was sad to see rather than owt else, and having spent time in his company I honestly can't believe it's the same bloke. But then, madmark tells me tyrone's a great bloke in person, so chuff knows.

I'm just the same in person as I am on here. Really humble and quiet and that.

I'd have HT back too, but he keeps saying no when I ask him to return.
