It is disgusting how these payments are made to clubs being relegated. If promoted, yes as they need to invest in more players .
Remember Blackpool, they were more skint than us. Then new stands and rest of money went AWOL we all know where it went.
A lot of that money should come down to grass roots football not on foreign players and relegated clubs

I completely agree with this and the sooner they go the better. Just make sure that once they've gone they don't come back.

 

To use the phrase 'the likes of' is derogatory , especially referring to the clubs that gave him his opportunity in management . He is lumping us in with Oldham for a start , weren't we a step up when he left them .

 

No it's not. Unless you want to get wound up, he was obviously thibking about his former clubs and he could have mentioned 60 in the same boat. And we are in exactly the same situation as Oldham, it's going to take a heck of an effort, loads of luck and a fair bit of cash to ever get back to the top league.
