I've no problem with John being here. We needed cover on the left. My issue is dropping one of our recent standout performers to accommodate him.
I think the only reason we've had loads of loans is because every year we seem to have to build an entirely new team, obviously when doing that some players won't work out and we have no option but to gamble on a loan. We almost have a spine of the team with players that we own so it's just a case of building upon that and moving a few on that haven't worked out.
I think Wilson and Mansford thought our young academy lads were better than what they actually are. They thought 4 or 5 would be playing regular but only Mason and Smith to an extent have proved themselves hence the need for so many loanees.
Reality is we can only make so many permanent signings. If they don't turn out to be good enough, what you gonna do?
Well how many have we made so far this season? If we make the same or more ill gi tenner to hospice if we make less you do same for your charity obviously let me know how many loan signings we have made in total this season first though
Yes mate all the season the point I was making was next season we wont make as many loan signings because last summer we recruited a complete new squad and some players havent worked out thats why we loaned so many.
None of the extra fans who turned up yesterday saw anything of note to make them come back anytime soon.
Happerned too many times this season fans have turned up players havent see crawley at home, donny away, chesterfield for example.
None of us know yet. Far too early to judge. But if he wins 4 draws 3 and loses 1 of every 8 games he plays, he'll do for me.
Don't forget we are rookies in this division. The blunts have been here a number of years and are masters of pub football.
