    You need to stamp your tactics out mate don't blame the players. Hope you're reading tonight. I didnt see one player on that pitch that deserved to be moved on after that performance.

    completely agree,its those who are running the show who need to shoulder some responsibility,,,,

    keep on sacking the manager every 12 months,then starting out with a brand new squad is never going to work,i also think we have sacked better managers than the one we have now.

    In my opinion, the last manager we sacked was better than the one we have now.

    He should sign players that fit his personality rather than moaning about players who might not be showing his personality on the pitch by trying to change them. I'm sure another meeting will soon be around the corner where he can win people over with words again.
