    exactly right.... there seems to be a small minority of fans who take great pleasure in bashing the club whenever it suits for whatever reason.. not just todays cancellation...

    and as you say the first of the London tykes boarded a train at half past 7 this morning and will not get home until after 11pm

    That's me mate, not quite half the country but travelled down from Whitby to hear on the radio it was off as we were coming off the M1. Bit gutted but got me self some new jeans from Primark.

    only club in the league with under soil heating with a frozzen pitch,

    couldn't get the game on despite under soil heating - utter bull ****

    I was listening to the 606 podcast the other week, one of the calls was about a lower league club wanting to keep a game on during freezing temperatures. They were given some advice telling them to get some planks of wood, loads of oil drums and cover the pitch in the oil drums stood on the wood and light a fire in each one and leave em burning all night.

    Apparently it did the trick.
