    I think he can play either role very well. In an ideal world where we had a reliable right wing back I’d keep him where he is as we need his pace. Unfortunately at the moment both Cotter and O’Keefe are failing to convince so if the decision were mine with a fit Lopata I’d move him to RWB

    His long term future is probably as a right back in a back 4 but while ever we’ve got a manager playing 3-5-2 & we’ve got two right wing backs in O’Keeffe & Cotter he’ll probably stay as a centre back.

    Think this is a bit harsh mate. I dont think he's been shoe horned in at all. In the championship he played in CB in a back 3 under Struber and was excellent there for a large period of time. Back 4 hed be out wide. Back 3 hes perfect for CB. Mention it all the time but recovery runs from him are excellent

    Collins no doubt knows from experience how beneficial it is to have someone with the speed to sweep up and recover alongside the more traditional big unit centre backs.
