Yet it’s been repeated by almost every coach that they are heavily involved in the process.

So you’re saying he said he didn’t want him?
How do you know he said that? How do you know he doesn’t sees him as a replacement for others not going to be here?

I will turn it around and say how do you know he did? Am just going on facts that he's played about 20 minutes and today brought jalo on instead of him to replace Russel.

And to be fair he made the correct decision with that then as Jalo scored?

    This

I thought that even though we changed formation, we still insisted on playing out from the back, Kane often dropping deep and joining up with the defence. As always, looks good when it works but carries a risk.

He looked good for an handful of games, but being terrible since. He's far too slow and kept being done for pace again today, which is becoming the norm.

I disagree. He's the only one who gets the ball forward for a start. Yes he makes mistakes but so do the others.

Earl probably best we have at centre back imo....rest all average at best and it shows, whatever combination Collins picks. I do agree we shouldn’t be passing it around at back but all other mistakes they keep making is getting that regular and the norm that it’s embarrassing.

That's fair enough Helen, what I would say though is if am a good defender and i go to a new team I would expect to improve their defence but to me he hasn't at all and if anything we have become slightly worse at the back.

Yes every defender getting gradually worse is nothing to do with the coaching or management it’s entirely due to their individual issues. Issues that miraculously other teams at the top of the table generally speaking manage to avoid.

Yes it can be if the tactics on display aren't giving the easy option for the defender to play it to OR the tactics are making the defenders play riskier balls in order to get attacks going.

Yep. Completely individual players nothing to do with coaching or management. It’s individuals fault that we have no defensive shape or organisation.
