It was a point made, rather jokingly but at front of east stand gets rather wet and like he said, don was straight on it.
So without giving any details away would those people attending the meeting say that they have seen the 'other side of the coin' on some of the issues that are regularly brought up on here?
Yeah I think that's fair to say. More detail behind some of the decisions which do make sense once explained.
I guess discounted matches might bring in people who wouldn't otherwise go and as you say it works out similarly for regulars either way so worth a try to attract new blood (or disaffected ex-regulars).
If I had known everything was going to be a secret I would have made an effort to get time off work and go. I though this was supposed to be a meeting to enlighten the fans - not just the few who went
Re: Yes Why all the secrets and hush hush stuff? So was it or was it not a public meeting? Any minutes taken?
Some of the information we were given Was of a sensitive nature and we were asked not to divulge these details. We all said we wouldn't and we won't.
you really need to make a show my friend : you are invited for a drink on saturday with me and hicksey
Everything isn't a secret... I've tweeted loads of stuff from the meeting - have a look on Twitter. @Al_Cooper7 Just a few details with figures, certain names, clubs etc that it's not appropriate to put on a forum where fans of other clubs can see and same with Twitter.
I've just read your twitter feed journo and there's mention of the ponty end car park Did anyone ask about the increase to £4 or sorting out the after match chaos? I'm sure I posted the question here to be asked
Re: I've just read your twitter feed journo and there's mention of the ponty end car Sorry I meant to and we got side tracked. I know that there have been further discussions with the police and council but not sure what the outcome is. WIll try and find out.
Re: I've just read your twitter feed journo and there's mention of the ponty end car Ok thanks gally.. I know there's a season ticket available, but at £4 a chuck, it would be nice to get out of the car park (in one piece) before 5.20pm. There are gonna be a lot of people who say ****** to it this year and park further afield.
Re: I've just read your twitter feed journo and there's mention of the ponty end car Did you tell him about about my way of saving money on pre-contract medicals? Eh, eh? Did ya? Bet he wishes he had thought about that with Mido now eh?
