Just curious

@Gally and @Hooky feller just wanted to clarify that I wasn't moaning or criticising at all in my post. They were just suggestions on what I think could improve things.

I think that the idea Gally mentioned about having official minutes would be a great idea. That way everyone in attendance could be given them or something to take home with them? Because everyone is human so their take on what is said will be different or someone could completely forget something was said so minutes that are agreed upon would eliminate that a little maybe?

I've actually come to the conclusion in recent months/years that the meetings aren't all hush hush and secretive with only certain people invited it's just that they LOOK like that. So I was trying to think of ways that would stop them looking like that really and think that the club publishing who is invited, a way to contact them, and who they represent would be a good way to go about that.
It would also help with a lot of fans who feel unrepresented I've heard that mentioned at games before that they aren't represented at the meetings. Now on here we are lucky because we are represented by Gally and we al know that, we also have hooky feller and I think a couple of others who use the BBS who go to the meetings but if someone doesn't use this then who represents them? I bet that in reality they ARE represented but don't realise it because they've never been told who's at the meetings. Not sure if that makes sense or not.

But yeah I wasn't actually moaning this time. Not about the club or about those who attend, it was intended just as ideas to change the perception of the meetings, not to try to change the meetings.
