Its a one way street check out the general content on this board from around 9.50pm tonight after we get beaten. Then try imagine being down to the tune of £10million trying to keep afloat that which they try and pull to bits.
Well,... Cryne's money. No Barnsley fan, with the exception of a few mentalists cannot appreciate what Patrick Cryne has done for BFC and what he saved our club from. However, he owns the club, and employs people in positions of responsibility - when they f.ck up the lines become blurred with regard to criticism. Not saying that's right, but that's how it is. Oh, and PC bought the club - he didn't buy us.
I'd like to think that PC has through his business career developed the ability to rise above criticism - the sort on here esp, and see some of it for what it is. If I were in his position i would not read this site - if someone felt strongly enough about an issue then I'd hope that they would contact me directly.
I'm not surprised he might be pissed off at the grief he gets - but does that mean nobody can say anything just in case he decides enough is enough ?
Asking football fans to be circumspect in expressing their opinions is like asking the sun not to rise. It happens, deal with it.
And yes, I agree, some on here need to get perspective as well, a few behave like spoilt brats when they don't like what happens.

I find it difficult... ...to disagree with him up to the last paragraph. Then it becomes childish and unneccesary, descending to message board standards.
It's always been the same I'm afraid... fans will always comment on what has gone wrong in their opinion and what they think should be done. Regardless of whose money it is. Alternative is to play behind closed doors.
