    Well done, son!

    10 miles completed in intense heat!!

    Very tired, sore muscles, nettle stings, sun burn, painful chafing(sp?) and a determination to do it!

    Proud dad here!:)

    Aww bless him.

    Chris was the same on Monday. On Sunday he took part in the Human table football that Another Bubble had organised and really got stuck in (most of the men did they were VERY competetive). His legs were very stiff and achy for a couple of days.
