Just had another cracking feed at the Cardamon Lounge

Only had a couple of takeaways from Cardamon previously and I`m afraid we were not impressed

 

I never knew that about the sloppy peas

 

I don't think curries have taken over from fish and chips, last I heard they were still number one with Chinese second and then curry, which makes sense as curry is the most expensive of the three.

 

Yes. Soaked overnight with a tablet, but when companies wanted to can em they marketed them as mushy , seen as more nationally acceptable.

 

Your right, my mother used the same method with the tablet
