    As I was attending alone and had never met anyone from the board before or been in the chosen pub before, I was a bit nervous about the thought of going in on my own. Bossman very kindly agreed to meet me outside to walk me in and gave me his number to let him know when I arrived. Except... the bugger never bothered to check his phone so I had to go in by myself anyway. To be fair, it wasn’t hard to find the big group of Barnsley fans in the corner and most people I spoke to were really friendly.

    It’s nothing exciting....we arranged a bbs do and as I’m a perfect gentleman I told JD to ring me so she wouldn’t have to walk in the pub on her own....which she did several times, guess who didn’t answer and she finished up having to walk in to a strange pub on her own to people she’d never met, oops!
