Bizarre view. Might understand if they hadn't made it clear when people were renewing, but they did.

Lets hope we can offer slightly better finance terms next season too.

Barnsley FC can confirm that a finance package is now in place for 20/21 seasonal memberships.

V12 Finance are now in a position to accept submissions for the following options:

    • Four monthly payments, with 6.5% interest.
    • Eight monthly payments, with 8.5% interest.

It's nowhere near the same watching it on TV though. If I'm at the match I get the atmosphere, I can see the whole pitch all the time, I sometimes struggle to see who's who when the camera is so far away. As I've said, I'm not going to ask for a refund but a whole season of watching on sometimes patchy ifollow isn’t the same as a usual.season ticket.

I've got a holiday to Bali booked for June that we booked last year. If they said if you cant fly we will livestream you scenes from the beach, I wouldn't have booked it. I know it is a silly comparison but people knew the dangers when they signed up so they can't expect a refund when they have been given access to all home matches, also at a discounted price.

    I’ll stand corrected .
Midweek away games were included (not weekend) . The only issue Rotherham was classed as a bank holiday and in as such. Ifollow deemed it a weekend game. They offered a refund to those that paid the extra for that game.

    Edit
In addition, Season Ticket holders will, under the newly agreed framework, be provided access to all HOME GAMES, subject to the agreement of the Club where the supporter holds a season ticket. In the Championship access to AWAY MIDWEEK matches will also be available as part of the season ticket package if Clubs choose to offer it.

I was Replying to your comment on games. Generally what the thread is about. Every game permitted. has to my knowledge been given. ( I’ve only used my pass on 2/3 occasions. Watching games with sons pass and red button) Tmk only one not honoured I believe, was the Rotherham game due to EFL intervention. And anyone could claim a £10 refund if a pass was purchased.
I will stand corrected if not so.

It was games behind closed doors home and away regardless of day of the week. We have to pay for an away match on a Saturday.

When they bought the plane it had no seats in it and had not been serviced for years...

It was always subject to the extent that the EFL and iFollow allowed this to happen, and they subsequently clarified when it became clear about the Saturday away games.

The worst case scenario would have been the EFL not allowing any iFollow coverage to be included within the cost of season tickets. That would have been a fun one, given how much love there is in general for the management of the EFL and the quality of their general decision-making.

Again I’m not making a point against anyone I’m just saying the club should only offer what they can provide in full.

I could offer you a trip of a lifetime to wherever you want to go in the world*

    *subject to EFL approval.

As far as I'm concerned, the club have given me exactly what I expected when I coughed up. I saved £140 on my usual ST price. No complaints or refund request from me.

Not to mention that out on the pitch, they've already delivered far more than I expected this season. Feels like win-win to me.

Very clearly states if EFL and broadcasting partners allow.

In fact it couldn’t be more clear. It’s not hidden away at the bottom of the page or in small writing, it’s not in a foreign language, it’s right there in black and white right next to the perk.

You’re arguing for the sake of it and you’re making yourself look a bit of a knob.

I'm not sure the EFL would have any objections to you offering out trips of a lifetime.

No need for the name calling firstly.

I’m just asking for the club to only sell what it can provide upfront. Not change the benefits after the fact.

So if EFL came back and said they couldn’t show any games that would be fine too using your logic?
