I think Steele is a shocking keeper and have done for years, but he'll make them sort of saves all day long, if they had lofted the ball in to the back post instead of shooting we might have dropped two points at the death but give him a instinctive save to make and he'll do it time and time again make him make a split second decision and we're bang in trouble, nice lofted ball in to the back post and he would have more then likely ended up underneath it flapping at it as it went over his head, then your hoping and praying your defender gets the ball, as it where they shot and their bred and butter to him.

 

It's a good thing he does then.

 

It was a very good save in the 90th minute to win us the game.

 

I'm not a Steele fan personally, I think he's massively overrated. However, that particular save was a very good save and if you had any football knowledge you would hold your hands up and say 'fair play there, that's a good save'.

You should be giving credit to all our players, you know supporting them, it was a great win and absolutely huge 3pts. This need to criticise the same players regardless of their performance is a tad pathetic. I'll give you those two. Stuck to his line for the Mackie attempt and didn't move when the post was hit. HOWEVER he's now kept back to back home clean sheets and that will do his confidence no harm at all considering the best team in the division are next up. His save was a good save. Lets not forget Ipswich scored one in a similar position.
