    Went there Sat night

    Only been 3 or 4 times - always packed which must say something. Pretty good service (very friendly & usulally plenty of staff on), and never had a bad meal.

    Some dishes can be a bit on the pricey side. Basically our meal for 2 no starters, 2 main dishes, 1 rice, 1 nan and a side dish; bottle of wine & 2 beers came to £42. Fairly pleasant evening. :)

    was at curry mahal saturday - was rubbish - not a patch on Royal Spice @ Darton

    thats the best curry house in barnsley imho.
