RE: Compensation Well yes, it's a different thing of course. But if you intentionally cause a serious injury to someone on the football field, it's just as "criminal" as beating someone up on the street in my opinion. And again, I can't say for sure that it was intentional, but that's what the Police need to find out.
Really? Someone hung a Dalmation? Terrible. But was the Dalmation black or white? That's what I want to know.
RE: By the way Oh I know, that used to be a hot topic on this board when it happened... Sorry if it upset you, or if you got the feeling that I was making fun of that incident, I love dogs as well and anyone who can do something like that to innocent animals is just sick.
Don't just accept what people tell you Time it for yourself http://www.offthepost.info/2008/11/...ume-fractures-skull-against-sheffield-united/ Even in slow motion its not 3 seconds.
Make your mind up, Thomas! "He did it on purpose, as did Chris Morgan - he knew what he was doing and intended to hurt Hume" or "I can't say for sure that it was intentional, but that's what the Police need to find out" Come on. Make up your mind. Intentional or not? I think the answer is "black stripes on a white background". You can't handle the truth.
Practise. Why spoil a bit of name calling with a spot of debate, eh. There must be at least 101 reasons why hanging a Dalmation is wrong. Oh - Carib is a **** He's a big fat **** He's the biggest **** in the whole wide world
RE: Okay then: Ah well, they can't just "decide" it obviously, maybe I should have used another word there... Of course they need to prove it as well. And of course Chris Morgan isn't going to admit that he did it on purpose, but if a confession was needed to prove all crimes, then I suppose prisons would be quite useless... Perhaps there's some more video evidence that we haven't seen or something, you never know.
Agreed. Unless the dog was already dead when they got there & they were hanging it up to dry it out ... prior to making it into a coat.
He doesn't have to prove it. By law, in matters of assault, intent and recklessness amount to the same thing.
If they go for it he's stuffed.

RE: By the way No love i never got the impression you were making fun. I can see you're a dog lover and i saw the lovely pictures you posted of your dog
RE: Practise. Practice All you do is think of sick and annoying things to say to get attention and a reaction. Well you've had mine. Lesson learnt not to bother reacting to full ponty again he is one sad f*ck
I bow to your superior knowledge. Not the rantings of the bloke on the other end of my mobile this morning. Who is a solicitor. I'll send him to you for advice. How much do you charge?
Looks like he needs it....
....before heattempts to presentanything to a magistrate. Which is where the info came from.
No charge.

RE: Make your mind up, Thomas! Haha, my mind is clogged with all that hair... But anyway, in the first quote I was just stating my opinion that I've formed by watching some poor quality video on Youtube. To me it looks like a dirty foul where Morgan isn't even trying to play the ball, but of course I can't know for sure whether it was intentional or not - I would have to be a mind reader to do that!
