Kay did learn, he did stand up and be counted You might not have noticed but the defence up until kay getting dropped after the cardiff game (for ONE mistake, not two, the freekick was never a foul and colgan was at blame for letting it in) was doing quite well. While he was dropped we conceded over 20 goals and when daveyt was forced to fetch him back he transformed the defence again.
I'd say he did a fine job of standing up and being counted.

I'm not sure I see your point. The information given about kay is so sketchy that even if there were criminal charges it wouldn't affect the case at all.
I can't remember how long somebody said it had. From the ipswich game onwards I think.
When was it that the taxi incident occured? Could that have sparked the ban?

Statistics speak for themselves and statistics say he was an integral part of the worst defence in the division!
RE: Statistics speak for themselves I thought he had potential to become a star at Championship level but I think I got it wrong about him.

RE: Statistics speak for themselves He still does have that potential, it's whether he realises that potential or not.
Championship reserve at best...upper echelons of lg 1 is his level. Don't really know what all the fuss is about, he's not even that good. All this local lad B*ll*cks means nothing. Paul Reid gives more a **** for this club and he aint a local lad. Whats Kays problem. He worked his way back into the team helped us stay up and has now thrown a wobbly cos he isnt Davey's darling? Sod him I say.
