    Has he got some sort of complex so he can't manage guys that are near to his own age

    no wonder he was pissed. Bet that did wonders for his confidence. It was in the 90th min though.

    Absolute nonsense.

    Can't do anything with kids...I'm sure I've heard that one in football before.

    We have a creative striker in Hayes, a strong link-up player in Richards, a target man in Wright and a poacher in Nardiello.

    We don't have a striker with blistering pace, and this lad is supposed to have it.

    Your ability to judge strikers and players in general having never seen them play is outstanding - have you ever thought of football management?

    I'm sure there's an over 40's team somewhere that you could bum.
