I only ever heard him blame people who created a negative atmosphere as described above. If you haven't done that he hasn't blamed you
If you look on Twitter and Rochdale sites all the chatter will be how much of a lovely person Keith Hill is and very little will be aimed at the poor players he's assembled, So his squad will escape quite a lot of ridicule and that's exactly what his aim was when he came out with the ****** ont radio. Worked here every time .
What I can't understand is that he doesn't realise that it's a simple cause and effect of success. You do well and there's more pressure to do even better next time. Naturally! Obviously! It would be the same in any walk of life, it's how you deal with that that makes the difference. He's only exasperating the problem by saying what he does. I can't believe he hasn't got a special Keef 'strategy' to overcome this issue - an issue which just about every football team has had since the dawn of time. Apologies for the rant.
Fans don't give players stick if they know they're doing the best they can. If a player is continually playing below the standard required he will be supported more often than not by the fans if its lack of form etc. But if its because he's not good enough or lack of effort then the player and the manager who brought him in and continually selects him will get the stick they deserve.seems Hill can't cope with the latter.he will have to do something really exceptional at Rochdale other than promo from div 2 IMO for a club with decent prospects to take a chance on him after being found out at Barnsley .choose how much he tries to deflect responsibility.
