He could look like Onslow from Keeping Up Appearances for me, it's picking the best players and getting them playing at a high tempo that I'd like to see from him.

 

Yeah we want to win every game and every game you get three points for a win so just don't get the extra excitement when it's a local derby. I don't particularly care who we play because I go to watch Barnsley and not whoever we are playing. We've a good record over the years against Leeds but it doesn't count for much at the end of the season when they are always way above us.
