Get used to it, he's been brought in to replicate what was done at Rochdale - manage on a very limited budget, sell players on and replace em for nowt. The club know that this approach could see us relegated but we need to start operating without the benefactor. And the level of income, without debating how we could raise it, is League One at best. Sad but true
Re: New manager or not Norwich gelled together as a Team in div 1 time to iron out problems. we are a team in progress in the Championship . confidence with a big C can be undermined and the players are feeling the negativity from the crowd ,this can affect there progress. to get the success or partial success is going to take time.what i think we really need is some proven championship players in the team to guide the fledglings along. problem is have we the money.....in three years or about ,championship clubs have to be financially stable revenues equal to spend . maybe some clubs are not addressing this and going out for the big spend! Transfer or loan window still open ........ This season we are talking about a complete rebuild of the team . Rob Wiseman said on Barnsley Player goals conceded least night one he admits his fault were capable of stopping .they are going through a learning curve .and he talked about how reaction from the fans were affecting them . i think When we do something right we need to get behind the team, boost the teams moral.
The only negative reactions last night were at half and full time. When Boro got their first and second goals there were cries of come on and some vocal POSITIVE encouragement. He's just echoing what Hill said and it stinks
