Keep checking film4 listings, they repeat films for a while then move on.

You don't have to buy the entire collection, it's on Ken at the BBC box set. Which I picked up for £18 when it first came out, cheapest I can find is £23 at the moment. 18 hours of classic drama and superbly packaged.

It's well worth getting, has both parts to Price of Coal as well as other union based dramas Big Flame and Rank & File. More besides including Up the Junction, Cathy Come Home and Days of Hope - the mini series about conscription during the WW1, which if you've never seen it is worth getting the box for that alone.

Ken rules. I also recommend the book, Art in Service of the People.

I keep meaning to buy the film box sets too, but they are £60 each and I've got nearly everything in them with the exception of the Gamekeeper. Which was made around Stainborough Park in the late 70s. But you can see that on youtube, it's a pay per view £1.99 for 3 days from Sixteen Films. High quality stream and well worth it. Most of Ken's films are available to view including the Price of Coal.
