I spent a few hours with Khaled last season. He’s a sound bloke with good ideas. Really positive chap and has worked hard for the club was my impression. I would wish him all the best if he moved on.
Tbf to Dane. It was him that set the ball rolling re getting shut of Conway. And how his position was up for grabs. I think it was a passing comment from him to another board member.
I wouldn't employ him to run a bath never mind a football club but that is my opinion on his professional abilities (based in what I've seen). On a personal level u can't deny that his heart appears to be in the right place and he isnt afraid to put the effort in so if he leaves I will not be sad at all but I will wish him all the best as he deserves to be as successful as he possibly can be.
