    The top and bottom of it, there's nobody there on a day to day basis to show leadership and oversee things, JAQ around once a flood, Nareev probably same or focusing on other business, leaves an incompetent CEO on notice period, structure of club is a joke penny pinching by not having designated roles, there are clubs lower down the triangle with much better set ups with a fraction of our turnover

    Club being run on a shoestring and staff being asked to spread themselves far too thinly. Not sure how much time our owners actually spend at Oakwell.

    I believe Neerav is at Oakwell roughly one week out of four and spends large parts of every working day on BFC business. I don't think commitment is an issue. I think we do run lean, though. It's always been the strategy to concentrate as much as the budget on the playing side. It does mean that at times that will cause issues.

    John Dennis takes some stick for the admin saga but two or three years ago my lad wanted to see a game and we couldn't get seats in the East Upper so we sat upstairs in the West Stand and it was great to see JD sat just behind the Directors box being animated and passionate about a club he absolutely loves.

    That's half the problem Gally nobody there with their finger on the pulse driving us forwards.
    Take our opponents from last night and this is L2 club with 10 times a better set up
