Kitching 3 match ban

The rules need to be refreshed and updated. The game and authorities have recognised that the ref and assistant dont see everything as they think they do. This is acknowledged by the introduction of VAR. i am not suggesting VAR in game for our league but surely if video can be used to change on field decisions it can be used to invoke fair play after the event. Not perfect but better than as is and takes away a rule that is intrinsically flawed.
