Thanks for that PT. Hope your recovery continues. I feel fortunate that after an initial bit of pain once I’m on the move it’s no more than discomfort meaning I can get out and about for walks etc. but for how long? I fully expect to be given exercises to do. But in my opinion this would just be a stop gap solution. Basically delaying tactics but obviously I’ll just have to go with the flow. Being retired my situation might not be seen as an urgent case.
Left knee done 2 yrs ago ,never same again, but pain free , so hopefully when this settles down same again with this.
Well when looking down at my knee it’s at 2 o’clock but soon it’s in all my knee as I put weight on it and try to walk.
Knees!!! What a pain in the arse they are!! The bane of my life. I had my right knee replaced in 2018 and I've only got mebbe 70% usage back; but better than nothing and for that I'm grateful. My left knee (injured when I was 14, five days before I was due to go to the England schoolboy trials) needs replacing but have been told that I have to wait 10 months before I can even see a Consultant! 10 months. I think what I've learnt is that I"m fuc1ed and just have to live with the pain.
