From what I have seen, I am tempted into a comeback...............

Because I reckon I could pick up 10 grand a week for playing like Coco the Clown

RE: To be fair to the lad ...

No offence but it sounded strange that we sent him all that way ooop there to you guys.

Usual loan deals for us are Essex clubs or South of the River.

To go all that way for a young kid might have been a bit of a culture shock, but then again it may have taught him a lot about grit and fight.

Leon Knight looked ok from the clips we have seen of him.

from what I have seen he seems to have the skill and a bit of pace but, even for his size, doesn't seem very strong. He seemed to get muscled off the ball a little too much and played a couple of daft passes. Like I said, got the skill but just needs a bit of experience to turn him into a good quality player, which I suppose is why he's on loan with us :pff

I know I lost my mind years ago ...

... but I can honestly imagine Gord saying "therteh six pence".

I think we should swap Robbie Williams for Anton Ferdinand & James Collins.

I think we should swap Robbie Williams for a pound o' tripe and send it to the oldtimer.

You've certainly brightened the mood on here

As for young Kyel Reid , I'd be happy for him to sign a permanent deal with us .

    To be honest ...

... Leon Knight couldn't score in a brothel with a million quid in his pocket.

You need to send young Kyel to the same gym that Mycah Richards goes to.
    He's weaker than piss.

    I've got to go.
I'm signing two dodgy South Americans tonight with a view to selling them on at a significant profit - unless they turn out to be ****.
One allegedly has an $80m clause in his contract with a Brazilian club ... but I can get round that using the power of my mind.

    Have a good one.
Hope you send the Blunts down.

Well like most of these things, if he isnt required by us, its a case of your guys finding the nominal fee required to take him off our hands.

Some think he's Marco Van Basten reincarnated but hasn't had a chance ,others like me think he's decidedly average who only plays when he feels like it

Oh like before, if he only plays when he feels like it, he'll fit in well back at Upton Park!

True , if he's surplus to requirements

Down at the Boleyn Ground , I'd like to think we'd have a chance of snapping him up . He's not the finished article by any stretch of the imagination , but his pace is always liable to cause problems to Championship defences .

RE: True , if he's surplus to requirements

Yeah, although we didnt see a lot of it to be fair, but it was his early crossing that made me sit up and notice.

As a defender I noticed he was able to put that awkward ball in between defender and keeper.

It needs a forward wanting to take the chance and attack it.....because there would be goals to follow. Defensively he is always likely to look weak and offer little cover for the full-back.
