    Living within our means is fine for households. It's absolute economic illiteracy for nations given we spend over a much longer term and have a much larger strategic impact.

    What about the brand new shiny headquarters?

    Whichever town you go to you'll usually find they've built themselves nice new plush offices (see Rotherham too).

    Dugher is a disgrace to the Labour Party. Not a fan of threatening MP's with deselection but he's one I really wouldn't be sad to see go.

    I do seem to remember that David Cameron wrote to his local council to complain that the library was closing only to be told it was a direct result of the budget cuts that he'd imposed on them....
